    3 pc paprika's
  • cream cheese
    125 g roomkaas
  • parmesan cheese
    25 g Parmezaanse kaas
  • scallions
    2 pc bosuitjes
  • fresh oregano
    2 tsp verse oregano
  • pine nuts
    1 tbsp pijnboompitjes
  • prosciutto
    12 pc parmaham
  • pepper
    1 pinch peper

    Snijd de paprika's in vieren en verwijder de zaadlijsten.

    Rooster de paprika's: leg de stukken paprika met het vel naar boven naast elkaar in een ovenschaal. Verwarm ze ongeveer 25 minuten op 225ºC zodat de paprika's zwartbladeren. Als de paprika's zwart zijn geworden zijn ze klaar. Plaats de hete paprika's 10 minuten in een afgesloten plastic zak. Hierna kun je het vel van de paprika's verwijderen.

    Snijd de bosui fijn, rasp de Parmezaanse kaas, rooster de pijnboompitjes en snijd ze fijn.

    Meng de zachte roomkaas met Parmezaanse kaas, pijnboompitjes, bosui, oregano en een beetje peper.

    Leg een plak parmaham voor je neer. Leg hier een stuk paprika op (verwijder uitstekende stukken paprika). Smeer een beetje roomkaas op de reep paprika. Rol het plakje parmaham strak om de paprika heen.

    Laat de rolletjes afgedekt een uur in de koelkast opstijven.
  • 7
    Snijd de rolletjes voor het serveren in plakjes van ongeveer 1 cm, steek er een cocktailprikker in.
