Ingredients

Basis ingrediënten

  • wraps
    4 pc glutenvrije low FODMAP wraps
  • ground beef
    250 g mager rundergehakt
  • green bell pepper
    1 pc groene paprika
  • roma tomatoes
    2 pc roma tomaten
  • shredded cheese
    50 g geraspte kaas
  • avocado
    1 pc avocado

Burrito kruidenmix

  • smoked paprika
    1 tsp gerookt paprikapoeder
  • cumin
    ¾ tsp komijn
  • coriander powder
    ½ tsp korianderpoeder
  • oregano
    ½ tsp oregano
  • cayenne pepper
    ¼ tsp cayennepeper
  • salt
    ½ tsp zout

Sausmix

  • lactose-free sour cream
    75 g lactosevrije crème fraîche
  • dill
    ½ tsp dille
  • parsley
    ½ tsp peterselie
  • lemon juice
    15 ml citroensap
  • cayenne pepper
    1 pinch cayennepeper
  • salt
    1 pinch zout

Instructions

Bereiding

    Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden.

    Meng voor de kruidenmix alle kruiden door elkaar in een kommetje. Zet opzij.

    Bak het gehakt rul.

    Snijd de paprika en tomaten in kleine stukjes. Voeg deze samen met de burrito kruidenmix toe aan het gehakt. Bak de groenten een paar minuten mee tot ze zacht zijn geworden. Proef het gehaktmengsel en voeg eventueel nog wat extra zout toe naar smaak.

    Meng voor het sausje de lactosevrije crème fraîche met de kruiden voor de sausmix en het citroensap. Proef en breng eventueel verder op smaak met wat extra citroensap of zout.

    Besmeer de wraps met het crème fraîche mengsel.

    Verdeel dan het gehakt-groentemengsel over de wraps en vouw de wraps dicht. Leg ze met de opening naar beneden in een ovenschaal.

    Strooi de geraspte kaas eroverheen en zet de glutenvrije burrito’s 10 minuten in de oven.

    Snijd de avocado in blokjes en serveer deze er los bij, eventueel met wat extra lactosevrije crème fraîche.
