  • chicken fillet
    300 g kipfilet
  • pointed peppers
    puntpaprika's
  • egg
    eieren
  • milk
    100 ml melk
  • parsley
    1 pinch peterselie
  • goat cheese
    75 g geitenkaas
  • pepper and salt
    1 pinch peper en zout
  • olive oil
    1 tbsp olijfolie

    Snijd de kip in kleine stukjes en paprika’s in blokjes.

    Verwarm de oven op 200 graden. Verhit een koekenpan met de olie en bak de kip rondom bruin en voeg dan de paprikablokjes toe. Bak 2 a 3 minuutjes.

    Klop ondertussen de eieren los in een kom en voeg de melk, peterselie, peper en zout toe en meng door elkaar.

    Vet de ovenschaal in met olie of boter of bekleed hem met bakpapier. Verdeel de kip en paprika over de bodem. Verdeel hier de geitenkaas over in stukjes.

    Giet het eimengsel over de vulling en verdeel gelijkmatig. Zet de ovenschaal in de oven en bak ca. 30 minuten tot het mengsel gestold is.
  • 6
    Snijd de frittata daarna in punten en serveer bijvoorbeeld als lunch of als hoofdgerecht met een salade erbij.
