    500 g gesneden boerenkool
  • floury potatoes
    1000 g kruimige aardappels
  • smoked sausage
    1 pc rookworst
  • warm milk
    1 dash warme melk
  • butter
    40 g boter
  • mustard
    2 tsp mosterd
  • pepper and salt
    1 pinch peper en zout
  • nutmeg
    1 pinch nootmuskaat

    Breng een grote pan water met een snufje zout aan de kook en voeg de aardappels hier aan toe in gelijke groottes. Voeg na 5 minuten de gesneden boerenkool toe bovenop.

    Doe de deksel op de pan en breng aan de kook en laat met de deksel op de pan zachtjes koken gedurende 20 tot 25 minuten, tot de aardappels gaar zijn. Prik even met een vork om te controleren.

    Giet het water af van de aardappels en boerenkool en laat even droogstomen met de deksel schuin op de pan. Voeg dan de boter toe, een scheutje warme melk en de theelepel mosterd. Stamp alles goed fijn tot een smeuïge stamppot. Proef en breng op smaak met peper, zout en een snufje nootmuskaat.

    Verwarm de rookworst in de magnetron of warm water. Serveer de boerenkool stamppot met de rookworst. Zelf vind ik het lekker om er nog wat extra mosterd bij te doen op mijn bord.
